Bargain alert: Bring your kids to free Halloween festival

Halloween festival logo copyThe City of Clemson is hosting its annual Halloween Festival from 4 until 6 p.m. Oct. 31 in downtown Clemson.

Faculty and staff are invited to bring children of all ages out for a free, fun afternoon in downtown Clemson. College Avenue will be blocked off from Old Greenville Highway to Keith Street for lots of fun events, including trick-or-treating,  inflatables, caramel apples, face-painting and a photo booth station.

This year the Clemson Order of Omega, an all-Greek honors society, will add to the fun with its Trunk-or-Treat event in conjunction with the City of Clemson’s Halloween Festival. Make sure to stop by Earle Street for face-painting, outdoor activities and lots of fun Halloween treats!

This event could not be made possible without the generosity of the merchants of Clemson. Many downtown merchants are offering great specials and deals throughout the evening at their perspective businesses as well.
