The Clemson University Club Rowing Team (Clemson Crew) will host the first Clemson Community Kids Day from 9 until noon Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Clemson University boathouse. The event is open to all 1st through 8th graders.
The team will give an introduction on how to row, how to use the rowing machine, and how to live an active, healthy lifestyle in addition to other fun and active stations!
There is a $5 registration fee. A portion of the profits will benefit a local charity.
Parents should bring water for their children. Participants should wear athletic clothing, athletic shoes and socks.
