The search for a permanent dean for the College of Business and Behavioral Science will continue, with neither of the two remaining candidates selected for the position.
President Jim Clements decided to continue the search based on personal interviews as well as feedback from the campus. He notified the search committee and met with the Provost and Dean on Monday.
“I sincerely appreciate the hard work and effort of the search committee, and I know we’re all eager to finalize the search,” Clements said. “However, we also all want to find the right person for such a critical leadership position.
“I believe that CBBS offers very high quality programs, and is a College filled with excellent faculty, staff and students. We will keep looking until we find the right permanent leader.”
