Faculty and staff: Renew your parking permits now

Employee Parking Placard
Time to renew your employee parking placard!

Renewals for 2013-2014 Employee parking permits are now available online*. Please remember, you are required to verify and link your vehicle to your permit to park on campus. You will need the license plate number, make, model, color and year of your vehicle(s).

Employee permits for the coming year will again be issued in the form of repositionable decals, to be placed in the left front (driver’s side) window of your vehicle. For those who drive an alternate vehicle, these decals may be moved from vehicle to vehicle for up to 3,000 re-sticks.

It is our goal to simplify the renewal process by expediting the processing of your 2013-2014 parking permit. Therefore, permits will be mailed starting July 15, 2013 to the shipping address that you provide.

Permits will not be held for pick-up at Parking and Transportation Services.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

You must purchase a parking permit online at https://clemson.t2hosted.com/cmn/auth.aspx

Pay for your permit in one of two ways:

  • For those currently enrolled in payroll deduction, select “online payroll deduction” as your payment type.
    • If you are not currently enrolled and want to enroll in payroll deduction, select “online payroll deduction” as your payment type and then go to http://www.clemson.edu/campus-life/campus-services/parking/parkingpermits/employees/, print the pre-tax parking benefit election/change form and return the completed form directly to the Parking and Transportation Services office.
    • Or, pay in one lump sum using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
*For employees who cannot order a permit online  (for example, U.S. Forestry, Aramark, intermittent employees), you will need to bring us your vehicle information and purchase your permit in our office. These permits will be available for sale beginning  Thursday, Aug. 1.
