Nominate faculty and staff for Excellence in Stewardship awards by March 8

The Development and Alumni Relations division in partnership with the Provost’s Office, is implementing a new initiative to encourage and build a culture of gratitude and philanthropy at Clemson.

The annual Excellence in Stewardship awards promote outstanding donor stewardship to one Clemson University faculty member and one staff member. The program recognizes Clemson University faculty and staff who exemplify excellence in stewardship and gratitude initiatives with our donors and university volunteers. It recognizes faculty and staff members for exemplary efforts that demonstrate the impact of philanthropy and strengthen a donor’s relationship with the university.

Clemson alumni, faculty and students are able to nominate faculty and staff members by submitting a nomination form found at https://www.clemson.edu/giving/donors/stewardship-award.php  Nominations are due by March 8.

Endorsed by Provost Bob Jones, the Excellence in Stewardship Awards committee, championed by Dean Richard Goodstein, has developed a group of committee members from across the university as well as a donor and Clemson University Foundation board representative to serve and help lead in this effort as part of the ClemsonForward strategic plan.
