Due to the surplus of parking over the summer break, students with a valid student parking permit may obtain a temporary employee pass allowing them to park in designated green spaces from Monday, May 19 to Friday, August 8. To obtain such a pass, a written email request must be received by Parking and Transportation Services no later than Wednesday, May 14 at noon or through email to parking@clemson.edu.

The written request must be submitted by a faculty advisor and include the following information. All information must be included for the request to be considered.

1) Name of the student,

2) Work location and schedule,

3) Reason for the request, and

4) The make, model, and license plate of the student’s vehicle.

All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All passes must be picked up by Friday, May 16 at noon and displayed on the vehicle’s dashboard in conjunction with a valid university parking permit.
