Employee passes available for students with continuing research over holiday break with written request from faculty

Due to the surplus of parking over the holiday break, students with a valid student parking permit may obtain a temporary employee pass allowing them to park in designated green spaces from Monday, Dec. 23 to Friday, Jan. 3. To obtain such a pass, a written request must be received by Parking and Transportation Services no later than Thursday, Dec. 19 at noon in person or via email to parking@clemson.edu.

The written request must be submitted by a faculty advisor and include the:

1) Name of the student, and

2) the work location and reason for the request.

All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All passes must be picked up by Friday, Dec. 21 at noon and displayed on the vehicle’s dashboard in conjunction with a valid university parking permit.

Increased activity in Sikes Parking Lot on Thursday, Dec 5 for the Lighting of the Gardens and CU on ICE

Please be aware that there will be increased vehicle and pedestrian activity in the Sikes Parking lot and in the Carillon Gardens for the annual Lighting of the Gardens and CU on ICE skating event held in the amphitheater beginning at 3:30 p.m.

All parking rules and regulations will be enforced over holiday break

For those staying around campus this holiday break, please be aware that all parking regulations and permit rules will be enforced throughout the holiday break.
