Faculty and staff in full-time, time-limited and other university positions categories might have questions about the compensation and benefits afforded to them.
In response, the Office of Human Resources created an online resource that offers information on available benefits, position definitions, compensation, performance management, and much more. Even if you are an employee with years of experience, this resource is worth a look.
Each section is 5-6 pages and is segmented according to position category. A simple click on the navigation bar on the right side allows readers to quickly move from one section to another with ease. The resource includes an easy-to-read matrix, which presents a quick snapshot of position categories and the benefits associated with those positions.
