Join President and Mrs. Barker in the 14th annual Race to the Rock: the President’s Race for the Library on Saturday, April 13 and help support one of the University’s top priorities – the Library.
Run or walk the 5K course over rolling hills on the Clemson campus. This event is USATF certified using the ChampionChip Timing System. Registration begins at 7:15 a.m. with race time at 8:30 a.m. The race begins behind Cooper Library, winds through the campus and ends at Howard’s Rock in Memorial Stadium.

Entry fees are $20 for ages 12 and under, $25 for all others. Late registrants must register on race day, when the fee is $25 for all ages. Entry fees are nonrefundable. Notice to Clemson Departments: IDO’s will not be accepted for entry fee payment.
A medal and $50 cash prize will be awarded to overall male and female winners. There will also be prizes for male and female winners in the following age groups: 12 & under, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
Team Competition: Teams with a minimum of four runners and a maximum of six runners may enter the team competition. Top four times are averaged. Prize will be awarded to team with the best averaged time. Please include team name on your registration form.
A free t-shirt will be included with all pre-registrations. Anyone registering on race day will receive a free t-shirt while supplies last.
