TigerOne system to be down beginning Dec. 12, impacts on purchases, deposits and more

The university transaction system (TigerOne) will be offline for a system upgrade beginning 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12. During that time, the TigerOne Card Office will not be able to produce new or replacement IDs. Cardholders will not be able to make purchases with TigerStripe or Paw Points at any on- or off-campus location, such as restaurants, vending machines and parking meters. The online card office will also be down and actions performed on  https://t1online.clemson.edu such as submitting a photo or making a deposit will not work.

The system is expected to be restored by 8 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 15.
