Director – Graduate & Internship Programs

The University Professional Internship & Co-Op (UPIC) program is now accepting applications from departments for 2014 summer and fall semester internship experiences. Do you have interesting projects and assignments and need additional help in your office or department that would provide a professional experience for a Clemson student?  The UPIC program provides student intern assistance in university offices with 50 percent matching funding for the intern salary, and mentored professional development to Clemson students.

Student engagement is one of Clemson University’s four areas of investment for its 2020 Road Map. The on campus internship initiative is a vital part of the creation of a campus-wide culture in which students participate in meaningful and relevant developmental experiences. The deadline for departments to submit internship proposals is Feb. 24. Applications received after the deadline will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis until the 50 percent payroll matching funds are exhausted. Download a Site Application and Position Description form here.
