West Cooper Library parking lot to close Dec. 13 – 23

The West Cooper Library parking lot will be closed beginning 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13 until 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23. Parking will be closed to all vehicles except service and delivery.

The closure will accommodate construction, which continues on the new Starbucks in the Cooper Library.
