Joseph “Joe” Turkaly, 77, of Newberry, died July 12, 2016. Turkaly served in the U.S. Army for 21 years before he worked as a meat inspector for Livestock and Poultry Health. He retired in 2002 with nine years of service.
Turkaly is survived by his wife, two daughters, siblings, family and friends.
Funeral services were held July 19, 2016 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church.
