Dr. Richard Allen Wenglarz, 77, of Seneca died on Aug. 14, 2017. He was a lecturer in the South Carolina Institute for Energy Studies and Administration, who retired in 2005 with more than 10 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, family and friends.
Funeral services were held on August 18.
