Clemson University’s main campus and Greenville locations will open at 12:30 p.m., Feb. 17. Classes on Clemson’s main campus and in Greenville locations will begin at 12:30 p.m.
University officials are monitoring weather conditions and will make decisions as conditions warrant.
Clemson University employees and students with off-campus worksites/classes should check if those locations are closed or on delay through these steps:
- Visit the county government offices website, which lists county-by-county closings.
- Review the county government office’s schedule for your Clemson workplace.
- Follow the schedule of that county’s government office.
Residential students should visit Dining Services for updated hours of operation.
Check the Clemson Area Transit (CAT) Facebook page for schedule and route updates.

Updates will be issued via CU Safe Alerts, Inside Clemson and the CU Safety page as information becomes available and decisions are made.
Employees should not enter leave requests for Feb. 17 until after the weather event and further guidance is provided by the Office of Human Resources.
