SCRA has donated Alastar situational awareness and social media software licenses, service, and maintenance to Clemson University valued at over $300K. This generous contribution continues the partnership between SCRA and the Watt Family Innovation Center, Clemson’s newest state-of-the-art teaching and research facility at the heart of campus. SCRA pledged $3 million in 2013 to become a Founding Innovation Partner for the Watt Center. The Alastar software will be utilized by Clemson’s emergency management personnel to provide a safer campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and community members.
