Transit

Clemson public safety officials warn that severe weather, including flash flooding and tornadoes, may still be possible in the area.

Stay alert to threatening weather and be prepared to take cover. If a tornado warning is issued, Clemson will send CU Safe Alert text and email messages and sound the campus warning sirens.

Officials issue a tornado watch when conditions are right for tornadoes to form. Tornado warnings are issued when a tornado has been sighted or indicated by weather radar.
