McGinty Circle will be closed to vehicle traffic Thursday, Jan. 23 at 1 p.m.
McGinty Circle will be closed to vehicle traffic beginning at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23 for a tree dedication to Sarah Ann Comer, a student who was killed in a car accident in the fall semester. The ceremony begins at 3 p.m. and the circle will reopen upon conclusion of the event.
