Weight Watchers at Work sessions begin May 3

Weight Watchers at Work invites you to join us for the new ‘ready for summer’ you of 2017!

The Weight Watchers LIVE FULLY program focuses on helping people live the life they want, full of the great foods, people and experiences they love, and the energy that comes with good health.  We’ve taken the success of our BEYOND THE SCALE program inspiring and guiding members to eat better, move more, and shift their mindset and extended it to LIVE FULLY resonating strongly with those who are looking for a new, more joyful approach to a healthier lifestyle.

1.  SmartPoints make healthy eating simple:  This system goes beyond counting calories and guides members toward healthy eating.
2.  A fitness approach that fits a busy life:  You’ll earn FitPoints for the activity you do and set a personalized weekly goal.
3.  Designed to help find and fuel inner strength:  Weight Watchers at Work will give you the support you need to start, the motivation to stay inspired, and the confidence to keep going.

Our new 17-week series begins Wednesday, May 3.  A successful, lifetime lifestyle change is available here at work just for you!  And you can join anytime!
The new series starting May the 3rd is a 17-week series.

Weight Watchers at Work meets Wednesdays 12:15 p.m. until 12:45 p.m with weigh-ins starting at noon in the Clemson University Life Science Facility, top floor conference room 242.
