Carolyn Ferguson Fowler, 83, who was retired from the Office Administration and Research Support, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022. She was born on July 1, 1938 and was the only child of James Gordon Ferguson and Eunice Meeks Ferguson. Fowler worked
She is survived by her husband, Donald E. (Don) Fowler, of 64 years; three daughters, Donna Fowler Burgess (Chuck), Deborah Elaine Fowler, and Susan Fowler Hughes (Matthew); grandchildren Andrew Fowler Burgess (Alex), Taylor Burgess Hyatt (Jon), Matthew Hunter Hughes (Brittany), Hayden Fowler Hughes and tw0 great-grandchildren.
Carolyn was a lifelong active member of First Baptist Church of Clemson and a faithful member of the Arrington – Esther Sunday School Class. She retired with 22 years of service to Clemson University. Her funeral Service was held Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Clemson, 397 College Avenue, Clemson, SC 29631.
