E. Earl Burch Jr., Professor Emeritus of Business Administration and Mathematical Sciences, passed away on August 16, 2025.
Burch served Clemson University for 30 years, retiring in 1999. He was a three-time Clemson alumnus, earning a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (1966), a master’s in Industrial Management and a Ph.D. in Engineering Management.
A memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church of Clemson on Saturday, August 23, at 2 p.m. A reception will follow the service in the reception hall.
