Kenneth R. Bell, 95, of Seneca died Dec. 7, 2017. He was an assistant coordinator, Extension Staff Development and System, who retired in 1987 with 16 years of service.
Bell served in the U.S. Army Air Corp from 1942 until 1946. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 1948 and a master’s in 1974.
Funeral services were held Dec. 9.
