Taylor Q. Evans, 22, died Dec. 1. He was a senior animal and veterinary sciences major from Easley.
“Our hearts go out to Taylor’s family and friends,” said Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students L. Christopher Miller. “We’re keeping his family in our thoughts.”
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is providing grief counseling. Students who want to speak to a counselor should contact CAPS at 864-656-2451.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017 at Rock Springs Baptist Church. Burial with military honors will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, 6 – 9 p.m. Dec. 5, 2017 at Robinson Funeral Home – Powdersville Road.

Campus Memorial Service Information
A campus memorial service for Taylor will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24 in Memorial Auditorium at Tillman Hall.
