Lillian had never used InDesign before and took the time to watch YouTube videos and read support articles on how to make a digitally accessible PDF with InDesign. Her Clemson-branded document passed the Acrobat accessibility checker and only needed minor revisions to meet WCAG 2.1 standards and maximize usability. Lillian’s initiative and drive to learn and apply accessibility standards to document design are encouraging and commendable – efforts not to be overlooked!
