Their approach is refreshingly positive, Instead of focusing on what’s wrong, they meet Departments and Colleges where they are, offering practical guidance and encouragement. They’ve developed comprehensive resources on accessibility best practices and bring that expertise directly to teams across campus. At a recent training for College of Education instructors and staff, they guided participants through authoring accessible Word and PowerPoint documents, turning what can feel like a daunting compliance requirement into something manageable and even empowering.
