Xiangchun Xuan receives University Research Grant

The University Research Grant Committee (URGC) recently selected to award funding to nine faculty out of 27 proposals submitted to the 2011-12 URCG program. Mechanical Engineering’s Dr. Xiangchun Xuan was one of the nine chosen and received a $10,000 grant for the study of “Electrical Characterization of Red Blood Cells with Applications to Malaria Diagnosis”.
