In conjunction with the Rutland Institute for Ethics, Clemson University’s Student Ethics Committee CHANGE is proud to host EmpowerHer Week 2025. Taking place Monday, February 17th – Thursday, February 20th, EmpowerHer Week is designed to bring awareness to ethical issues affecting women across disciplines. Co-hosted by the College of Arts and Humanities, College of Social, Behavioral and Health Sciences, the Rutland Institute for Ethics and CHANGE, this weeklong celebration hopes to empower women with the tools to be advocates for better decision-making. We are partnering with Jasmine Road, South Carolina’s first two-year residential program for adult women survivors of human trafficking, prostitution, and addiction, to address these challenges in our local community . We will be collecting donations throughout the week for residents working with the organization including:
- Forever Stamps
- Razors
- Face Wash
- Toilet paper
- Printer Paper
- Feminine Hygiene Products
- Laundry Detergent
- Swiffer Wet Jet Pads
- Gift Cards to Walmart, Spinx, Target, TJ Maxx, Publix
