Position: Statics and Dynamics Recitation Leader (Spring 2025)
Pay Scale: $12-$14/hour
Estimated Hours: 10-15 hours/week

Job Description:
We are seeking qualified undergraduate students to join our course support team for ME 2050 (Statics) and ME 2060 (Dynamics) recitations. Ideal candidates will have mastered the concepts from these courses and be comfortable assisting students with a range of topics. Classroom teaching experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead recitation sessions and present problems for students to solve
- Address common problem areas and clarify difficult concepts
- Collaborate with instructors to prepare problem sets and quizzes
- Assist students in exam preparation and studying
- Write progress reports for instructors regarding student performance
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of ME 2050 and/or ME 2060 (Grade of “A” preferred)
- Proficiency in pre-calculus, calculus, and physics
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying skill levels
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
