Favorite question on a tour: What’s your favorite part about going to school here? Answer: It’s hard to pick a favorite thing about going to school here because there are so many things that I love, but if I had to pick one I would say my favorite thing about Clemson is the sense of community it has. There are no shortages of ways to get involved not only through the university, but also in the community. Clemson also has a unique student body that offers an amazing sense of community as well.
Clubs and Organizations you are involved in on campus: Tour Guides, Alpha Delta Pi, FCA, IPTAY
Hobbies: Dance, Working out, reading, exploring the outdoors
Advice for jumping into college life: Get as involved as you possibly can. Especially at a school like Clemson there is no shortage of opportunities to get involved and find your passions. It helps you not only adjust to new college life, but it also helps you establish a great network of people, who share similar passions and interests as you, that can be there to support and encourage you in all aspects of your life.
Advice on how to choose a college: For me Clemson was a no brainer because it was the only school that felt like my home away from home, and since becoming a student here I can undoubtedly say that it certainly has exceeded my expectations. Therefore if I would to give anyone advice on how to make the seemingly impossible decisions as to where to go to school, I would say pick the school that feels like home. Touring schools is what really helped me make my decision. When touring schools I was able to get a feel for the atmosphere every campus had to offer, and I’m not exactly sure why, but when I toured Clemson it just felt right, and I am so thankful everyday for that decision because I could not imagine myself attending any other university than Clemson.
Fun fact about yourself: I am extremely terrified of the ocean, but my favorite place to go is the beach.
