Renee Hall is a 4-H Agent with SC State University’s 1890 Extension Service. She has enjoyed these past months participating in Extension Emerging Leadership Initiative and getting to know so many awesome colleagues!
Renee has worked with youth in numerous capacities over the past 30 years and her greatest passion is investing in the lives of others, particularly young people. There is nothing that excites her more than seeing children and teens experience an “A-ha moment!” She says that her work via SC State’s 1890 Extension Program and 4-H is so fulfilling, and she is one blessed lady!
The 4-H Thriving Champion Regional Network consists of 60 4-H professionals across the five Extension Regions of the country, and Renee is super-excited to have been chosen as one of your Regional PYD Thriving Champions for the Southern Region of the US!
She looks forward to working with other youth development colleagues across our region advancing the consistent use of the 4-H Thriving Model as the theory of positive youth development for 4-H. It is sure to be an exciting two to three years in Extension!
