The Intelligent Systems and Wireless Networking (IS-WiN) Lab invites applications for a postdoctoral research position in cyber-physical systems (CPS) and AI-driven autonomous vehicle technologies. This position focuses on advancing machine learning-based decision-making, AI-driven autonomy, and edge computing for cyber-physical systems. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research in AI-powered navigation, robotic simulations, and collaborative autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-based navigation and coordination algorithms for autonomous vehicle systems.
- Implement edge computing solutions for real-time decision-making in autonomous systems.
- Design and develop a hardware-in-the-loop robotic-UAV simulation platform.
- Disseminate research findings through peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings, and software releases.
- Collaborate with academic institutions, industry partners, and interdisciplinary research teams
- Mentor and supervise graduate and undergraduate students in research projects.
Qualifications
PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field.
