What do you get when you combine blue skies and great outdoors? A fun filled research Hydrogeology Field Camp led by Dr. Lawrence Murdoch and team. The fieldwork for the second module of the Clemson Hydrogeology Field Camp was capped by a well drilling demonstration by Trever Slack, P.G. from Petra-Tech Environmental. Trever is a 2010 grad from our Hydrogeology MS program who started his own consulting and drilling company, Petra-Tech Environmental. Trever and his team described the well drilling and completion process and showed how it is done. Many Hydrogeologist were involved supervising the well drilling and completion process, so this is a great introduction to that important topic from a practicing professional.
