Medical-imaging techniques could aid waste clean-up

A team of Clemson researchers led by Dr. Brian Powell was recently featured in the news section for the Department of Energy’s Office of Science.  Powell is the Principal Investigator on a $5.25M project that has developed a deeper understanding of how waste radionuclides behave when released to the environment.
