A guest editorial by EEES emeritus professor Fred J. Molz is one of the 20 most frequently downloaded articles in the widely read journal Groundwater. The editorial is entitled “The Development of Groundwater Modeling: The End of an Era” and can be read here.
The article was published in the January 2017 issue of Groundwater. According to the journal, Molz’s editorial received some of the highest downloads in the 12-months post online publication amongst articles published between 2016-2017. The journal reported that this article “. . . generated immediate impact and helped to raise the visibility of Groundwater.”
Although Dr. Molz is retired, he continues to contribute to several research endeavors, including the application of chaotic dynamics to complex biological systems. Congratulations to Dr. Molz.
