’55 Exchange extends its hours through July

There will be a lot more time for ice cream this summer. Starting this week Clemson’s ’55 Exchange is extending its hours to better accommodate the university’s alumni, visitors, families, staff and students. The extended summer hours will last through the month of July.

The extended hours are:

  • Monday-Thursday 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Friday 11:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 1-6 p.m.

Located on the Clemson University campus in the Hendrix Student Center at the corner of Cherry and McMillan Roads, the ‘55 Exchange is the retail sales location for Clemson university’s famous ice cream. Made possible by a generous gift from Clemson’s Class of 1955, the ’55 Exchange is a student-run manufacturing and retail operation that makes, sells and serves Clemson’s world famous ice cream, smoothies and coffee chillers. The ’55 Exchange is also a retail outlet for Clemson’s famous Blue Cheese. All revenues generated through the retail center go to support Clemson students and their academic programs.

Maps, directions, and additional information can be found on the ’55 Exchange website.
