Berkeley Extension wants recipes for digital cookbook

In recognition of the 100th anniversary of the Cooperative Extension Service in South Carolina, the Berkeley County Extension office is developing a digital cookbook.

The office, located in Moncks Corner, is seeking recipes for salads, appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts for the cookbook. When it’s finished it will be available first to Extension employees and supporters, then to all Clemson employees.

All employees can submit recipes via email and regular mail. Send them to cobrkly@clemson.edu or Berkeley County Clemson Extension Service, 3014 Cypress Gardens Road, Moncks Corner, SC 29461. Please include:

  • Your name, email/mailing address, phone number and your connection to the Extension program (ex: former 4-H member, farmer, Extension employee)
  • Recipe (include ingredients and  directions).

For more information, contact Gayle G. Williford, county Extension agent, 843-719-4140 or cobrkly@clemson.edu.
