- Laboratories should complete the “Chemical Inventory worksheet” form.
- Non-laboratories should complete the “Non-Laboratory Chemical Inventory worksheet” form.

Please email completed inventories to: cheminventory@clemson.edu (This is the same email address that was used for last year’s submittals.)
In the “Subject” line of the email, include:
- The last name of the responsible party (Lab PI or supervisor), and
- The associated department.
