CU Tiger Band hosts bone marrow drive Nov. 11

The Clemson University Tiger Band wants you to “Be The Match On Campus” when it hosts a bone marrow registry drive on Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Student Union, Vickery Hall, and the Amphitheater. The registry will swab the inside of your cheek (no needles!) to enter your bone marrow type into a registry. If you are a “match” for someone in need of bone marrow, you will be contacted (a 1 in 70,000 chance for each individual). The process of donating marrow is very similar to giving blood and is FREE to you.

Tiger band is in a friendly competition with the University of South Carolina marching band, so show your school spirit and “Be The Match” for someone in need!
