Excel as a supervisor: Fall supervisor training announced

Fall-Supervisor-Series pogoThe Office of Human Resource’s popular training series for supervisors starts in August and runs throughout the fall. Sessions provide university supervisors with the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviors that will allow them to excel in their current roles. Space is limited! Register here.

Find out why Fredda Owens, a supervisor in Clemson Libraries, “recommends the training series to every supervisor on campus,” and why Blake Landford, a supervisor in the university’s Cooperative Extension, states that the training offered insights that “made him a better manager of the people.”

Training Overview

· Seven instructor-led, classroom-based courses on a variety of critical supervisory topics.
· Offered two to three times/semester.
· Live video conferencing technologies expand the classroom opportunity to Clemson’s supervisors throughout the state!
· Supervisors with three or more staff direct reports are encouraged to register; some restrictions apply.
