Inside Clemson

Forum shows you how to attract more funding

Seeking grants for your research or projects? Clemson will offer a panel discussion on working with national foundations and the “big picture” thinking needed to attract more nongovernmental funding. Hosted by Corporate and Foundation Relations, the Office of Sponsored Programs, and the Watt Family Innovation Center, the fourm will be held from 8:30 until 10 a.m. June 21 at the Watt Family Innovation Center, Room 310.

The conversation will include a presentation by Professor Emerita Chris Cole on her recent work with the Walmart Foundation. The remainder of the program will challenge attendees to think about how Clemson might work with the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.

Refreshments to be served in Atrium from 8 to 8:30 a.m. Bring your ideas and questions for discussion!

Please RSVP to Donna Strickland at 864-656-5733 or dmstric@clemson.edu by June 15.
