The Employee Referral Program (ERP) is 1 year old. The program rewards Clemson faculty and staff when they register and use the program to help refer the best and the brightest to Clemson employment. With more than 1,500 referrals made in its first year and dozens of employees sharing thousands of dollars, the program is a huge success.
To benefit from this incentive program, you must register and use the ERP to make your referral – no exceptions. Click here to create an account. Send the people you know who would be a great asset to Clemson a referral link from the ERP website and they will be directed to the job and can apply right through the ERP system. The Office of Human Resources be able to track their application and link it to your referral so you will be eligible for $500 reward.
