Joseph F. Sullivan Center offering annual physicals

Kick start your summer of health – and savings – with your annual physical at the Joseph F. Sullivan Center!

Clemson employees can also save more than $80 by having a physical and joining the Sullivan Center’s CU Well wellness program at the same time.

CU Well is the Sullivan Center’s comprehensive wellness program, comprised of a health risk appraisal and a variety of resources and personalized programs to help you take control of your health. The Sullivan Center’s wellness team will work with you to choose programs that will help you improve your health.

The physical will include a comprehensive health history, physical exam including vision and hearing testing, urinalysis and hemoglobin, and assessment of all major systems. Men will receive a prostate exam and women will receive a pelvic exam. (A pap smear is available for an additional cost). The labs include cholesterol, CBC and kidney function. The physical and labs are part of CU4Health, the Sullivan Center’s health risk assessment program.

Cost of the service is $65 ($50 for the physical and $15 for access to CUWell). Only 50 slots are available. Call 864-656-3076 to make an appointment.

Housed on the first floor of Edwards Hall, the Joseph F. Sullivan Center is a nurse-managed health center that provides health services to Clemson employees, and outreach helath and programs to underserved individuals. The center provides opportunities for Clemson students studying nursing, public health, recreation therapy, and other disciplines to practice in supervised, state-of-the-art settings. The center is part of the College of Health, Education and Human Development.
