The 2016 Pro Benefits Expo will be held from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Hendrix Student Center (See map). All faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in this event hosted by the Office of Human Resources (OHR). In past years, the Annual Benefits Fair was a casual meet-and-greet event that provided employees an overview of their benefits. Replacing this one event are two events held annually each fall and spring. During the fall semester, the Pro Benefits Expo will be held to fully inform employees how they can leverage their benefits. This event will include seminar-type learning opportunities. During the spring semester, an annual resource fair will be held.
The Oct. 14 Pro Benefits EXPO includes facilitated educational sessions, and employees will have access to vendors who offer information on insurance, retirement, leave, tuition assistance and wellness benefits. Employees are encouraged to attend any or all sessions. Watch for an agenda in future communications. Refreshments will be served. Save the date!
