The Mell Hall (E-11) parking lot will be closed beginning Friday, July 17 to repair a failed storm drain. Only temporary handicap parking and service access will be maintained in the parking lot per the closure and pedestrian plan. No employee parking will be available within the lot. The lot is expected to reopen Thursday, August 6.
All faculty and staff affected by this closure are encouraged to park across the street in the leased spaces located at Holy Trinity Church located between S.C .Highway 93 and Addison Lane. To access these spaces, take the one-way road after the Fast Point Convenience Store on Hwy. 93. Only spaces located within the gravel lot are reserved for Clemson University faculty and staff – and the spaces are available Monday through Friday only. The parking spaces surrounding the exterior of the lot are not included in the lease and are allocated to other entities. Anyone choosing to park in this lot during the week must display a valid Clemson University employee parking permit.
