Must-Read information for iROAR users: iROAR to become the official system of record

SISWeb, CRSM, CRSM Web and SDB will be down starting at Noon on Friday, Aug. 9 for the final transition to iROAR. At approximately 2 p.m. Saturday, the migration from the old student information system (SISweb) to iROAR will be completed, making iROAR the official system of record at Clemson University!

The iROAR portal will serve as the landing page for students and give faculty and staff access to all of their administrative systems. If you encounter any problems accessing the iROAR portal, please contact the Help Desk.

Students will continue to have access to their unofficial transcripts and degree progress reports (reflecting enrollment through summer 2013) through the SISWeb menu until DegreeWorks is live in early October. Faculty and staff will be able to view unofficial transcripts and degree progress reports through CRSM Web during this time period as well.  Students will also have access to their 2012 1098-Ts in SISWeb.

A separate communication on how to access reporting for fall 2013 registration information will be coming soon. It will include details on open lab sessions that will be available for individuals who have questions about how to utilize Business Objects reporting.  Legacy data will still be available in the Student Data Warehouse.  Academic History has been converted to iROAR and a project is underway that will allow reporting from this data as well.

Most faculty and staff who previously had access to SDB and CRSM Web should already have access to Self Service Banner in iROAR at http://iroar.clemson.edu. If you encounter any issues in performing your daily duties, please contact the appropriate administrative office.

The implementation of the iROAR system is a very big milestone for Clemson University. Please join in thanking the staff in Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Student Financial Services and CCIT for making this project a success.
