Pacolet Milliken master planning meeting

Pacolet Milliken Enterprises (PME), the City of Clemson, and the Town of Pendleton, will host a series of master planning charrettes to help develop a vision for the properties owned by PME between Old Stone Church Road in the City and land to the south of Clemson adjacent to Hwy 76 in Anderson County. Pacolet Milliken is working on a long-range plan for this property and has hired Stantec as their consultant in this process. Over the past two months, Stantec has completed the background research and site analysis of this property.  The next phase is to meet with the public and discuss the needs and issues identified by the combined Clemson/Pendleton community.

A kick-off public meeting is planned for Monday, May 11 at 6:30 P.M. at the University Baptist Church, 411 Pendleton Road in Clemson. Stantec will present an overview of the project and listen to preliminary comments from the public.

A series of input sessions will also be held to discuss specific topics.  The public in encouraged to participate in these sessions.

    1. Oh wow, thanks for letting me know about that. It’s funny, when it was submitted to us by the City of Clemson, the link worked. I’ve removed that sentence and will list the name of the person who sent the request – if you have any questions.

      Thanks again!

      Jackie
