Research study: Driving simulator participants needed

Clemson’s Department of Civil Engineering is looking for people over the age of 35 to help out in a new environmental factors and driving simulator performance study. Participants, who must have a valid U.S. drivers license and drive approximately 5,000 miles or more a year, will be asked to fill out a consent form, drive through five adaption scenarios and three test scenarios in a simulator and answer some basic driving-related questionnaires.

Those interested will be compensated for their time at a rate of $15 an hour for approximately two hours. The study session will be held at 306 Brackett Hall. Anyone wishing to get involved with the study should contact Brian Maleck by email at bmaleck@clemson.edu, or leave a message at 864-656-0883.
