Seeking nominees for Ted G. Westmoreland Award for Excellence and the Class of 1956 Award for Excellence

The Academic Success Center (ASC) seeks nominations for faculty and staff. Each year, the Ted G. Westmoreland Award for Excellence is presented to a faculty member whose demonstrated support for the ASC’s programs has made a positive contribution to student success.

The Class of 1956 Award for Excellence is presented to staff member who has also made a similar contribution to student success. Award winners are presented with a plaque commemorating their hard work. Their names will also be added to the perpetual plaque on display at the Academic Success Center Building.

Nominations are being accepted until April 1. Completed nomination forms, plus a two-page maximum statement explaining the contributions that have made the individual deserving of the award should be sent to Dr. Elaine Richardson, 233 Class of 1956 ASC.
