Twenty-four graduate from Staff Development Program

Pic of 2016 STP graduatesTwenty-four staff members graduated from Clemson’s Staff Development Program (SDP) on June 30. The initiative offers university staff members an opportunity to grow professionally and personally by voluntarily participating in various developmental and relevant service activities. Upon successful completion, participants receive a permanent salary enhancement.

Graduates of the current program were engaged in a number of projects, ranging from searching for and repairing steam leaks on campus to serving in the community through soup kitchens, shelters, and other charitable organizations.
