E. Gary Tate, Jr., 90, of Ridgeland, died Dec. 31, 2014. He was the agent-leader at the Jasper County Extension Office, who retired in 1979, after 35 years of service.
He is survived by his children, his family and his friends.
Funeral services were held Jan. 2 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Ridgeland.
